If you do not want to receive telemarketing calls or text messages from ABHT Marketing Group, LLC or its related entities (“the Company”), you can ask us to place your telephone number on our internal “Do Not Call” list. In compliance with federal and state laws, we will document your request within the timeframe contained in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

Timing for Processing Do Not Call Requests

Please allow up to ten (10) days for your telephone number to be removed from any sales programs and/or marketing campaigns.

Your Do Not Call Request Requirements

Your request can be in writing, by e-mail, or by phone, and must include, at a minimum, your 10-digit telephone number. Anyone may be placed on the Company’s Do Not Call List by:

If you have multiple telephone numbers, please tell us all numbers that you want to be included on the list. If your telephone number ever changes, you must give us your new telephone number for your “Do Not Call” status to remain in effect.

Duration of Your Request

ABHT Marketing Group, LLC will maintain your telephone number (and name, if provided) on the internal “Do Not Call” list for five (5) years, unless a request is made to have the number removed.

Note: A request to be removed from the Company’s “Do Not Call” list includes submitting your consent to be contacted on one of our webforms (e.g., clicking a “See Plans” button or submitting a lead form).

Exceptions

Many state “Do Not Call” regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these lists. Therefore, if you are a customer, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national “Do Not Call” list.

If you do not want to be contacted by ABHT Marketing Group, LLC even though you are a customer, simply follow the steps above to be placed on our internal list, and your request will be honored.

Our Obligations

Being on the ABHT Marketing Group, LLC “Do Not Call” list means that you will not receive telemarketing calls from our Company.

• Employee Training: All employees that engage in outbound telephone solicitation are trained in this policy and are made aware of these procedures.
• Solicitation Policy: It is the policy of the Company not to make a telephone solicitation call to any person who has requested not to be called or any person on a federal or state Do Not Call registry, except as otherwise permitted by law.
• Definition: A “telephone solicitation call” means any call made for the purpose of encouraging the purchase of products and services from ABHT Marketing Group, LLC.
• Annual Review: The methods and procedures in this policy are reviewed by the Company on an annual basis.
